3. How do I place an order?

Step 1 : Select the books or items of your choice and click on “Add to Cart”.

Step 2 : To add more items in the cart, click on “Update Shopping Cart” or, to end shopping, click on “Checkout”.

Step 3 : If you are already a registered member, key in your email address and password.
If you are a new customer, please choose the option either "Checkout as Guest" or “Register” and click on Continue to provide your personal details for membership registration (for more info…)

Step 4 : Select your destination area (West Malaysia/East Malaysia) by using the drop down menu in the “Shipping Address” section. Shipping charges will be added automatically in the total payment amount (please read Shipping Policy …) .

Step 5 : Key in your billing information.

Step 6 : Key in your shipping location.

Step 7 : Select your preferred payment method.

Step 8 : Click “Place Order” to confirm your orders.

 4. How do I know that my order has been successfully placed?

After submitting your order, the screen will display “Your order has been successfully submitted”. Upon confirmation of order, you will receive a notification email and an Order number which you can use to check your order status.

 5. What payment methods do you accept?

Presently, we can accept Online payment via Paypal. For non-Paypal account holder, Paypal allows payment via credit card. Please refer to T & C - Payment section.

For offline payment by Cheque and Postal Order via Post/Direct Deposit and Direct Banking via Internet/Tele-transfer.  Credit card payment can be made at our office premises. (for more info…)

 6. When should I make the payment?

For offline and direct banking, payment must be received by us within 7 working days after a notification email on your Order Confirmation has been sent to you, failing which your order will be cancelled. We will process your order upon the receipt of satisfactory evidence of payment.

 7. Can I cancel an order ?

You may cancel or change your order before the order has been processed and delivered. To do so, please Contact Us immediately via the website or email or telephone.

 8. Is there confidentiality in respect of my name and address?

Your name, address, or any other information will never be passed on to anyone outside the ODB family of ministries.

 9. When was Discovery House Publishers incorporated?

Discovery House Publishers was established in 1987 as a not-for-profit organization. It is a family member of Our Daily Bread Ministries making available books and music products that feed the soul with the Word of God.
